Here you can find out about the documents that you will have to upload according to the level of mobility you would like to apply for.

All documents must be accompanied by a translation to English or the language of instruction at the host university. At this early stage of the application, you can translate the documents yourself. However, keep in mind that selected candidates will have to provide an official translation to English or to the language of instruction at the host university of the most relevant documents (transcripts, degree, etc.) done by a sworn translator.

Undergraduate
DOCUMENTS Description TG1 TG2 TG3
Proof of registration Document issued by your home university stating that you are currently enrolled Mandatory - Recommended
Transcript of records
Must show that you have completed at least one year of undergraduate studies Mandatory - Recommended
Official language certificate Must be issued by an official language school, university or equivalent and state the level of proficiency you hold in that language. If the language of instruction at the host university is your mother tongue, you must add a signed declaration stating this condition. Mandatory - Mandatory
Learning agreement or pre-admission letter Should be signed by representatives of the home and host universities Recommended - Recommended
Passport

Only a scanned copy of the main page of your passport (the page with the photo). If you do not have a passport, then provide a scanned copy of your national identity card or equivalent document in your country. Keep in mind that, in case you are granted an Erasmus Mundus – Ánimo, ¡Chévere! scholarship, you will have to obtain a passport as a travel document and as proof of your nationality.
