How are travel expenses calculated?

Answer

The actually incurred travel costs for one round trip will be reimbursed up to a  maximum amount that depends on the distance between on one side the home university (for Target Group 1), location of origin (for Target Group 2) or location of residence (for Target Group 3) of the student/staff and on the other side the hosting university premises. In order to be reimbursed for travel costs, you will have to hand in ORIGINAL supporting documents such as invoices, boarding passes, bus and train tickets, etc. On request, the consortium may provide a prepaid flight ticket.
