Answer

All documents have to be accompanied by a translation to English or the language of instruction at the host university. You can translate the documents yourself. The Evaluation Committee will compare the original document and the translation in order to verify that it has been properly translated. If you are selected and granted a scholarship, then you will have to provide an official translation to English or the language of instruction at the host university this time done by a sworn translator.
